Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) is a goals-based program that helps low-income to moderate income families achieve economic independence.  The program offers a wide range of resources and opportunities to families willing to invest their time and energy into becoming self-sufficient.

The FSS Program can help you:

Plan for the future

Prepare for homeownership

Enrolling in College

Clean up your credit

Develop A career

Learn how to budget your money

Build a saving account

Plan for retirement

To join the FSS Program, you must:

  • Be the Head of Household
  • Plan to contribute to a savings account
  • Plan to work full time within 3 to 5 years
  • Plan to attend school or increase employability
