To apply for services, please fill out your application completely and include all required documents. Incomplete applications will be denied. Before submitting your application for assistance, make sure you have the following documents:
• Valid photo identification for all household members 18 years and older
• Electric bill for each month you are requesting payment (if you lack copies, contact your energy supplier or log in to their website)
• Social Security cards for all household members
• Birth certificates for all children living in the household
• Proof of income (including child support, cash assistance, etc.)
• SNAP (food stamp) award or denial letter
• Lease (if applicable)
Important Note: Inspirelife Resource Center staff will never ask for personal information to "update payroll records" during the application process. If you receive an email requesting this, please contact us immediately to report it.
